What size are the dolls?

Can my doll be machine washed?

All our dolls, as well as their outfits, are hand washable and

Do the eyelashes have any special care?

Why isn't my discount code working?

I have made a mistake on my order, can I change it?

Can I return my doll?

As all our products are handmade, there could be
some differences with respect to the advertised images, although these will always be minimal and will never affect the excellent quality of the materials and finishes. That's what really makes our dolls unique. In any case, if the doll you have received is not to your liking, please send us an email .

For any manufacturing defect or any damage suffered in
transportation to your home, the return period will be 30 days from receipt of the order. In this case we will proceed to collect it and subsequently refund it once said damage has been verified.
